What is an indie brand exactly ? My definition is a brand usually owned and operated by a small team (in many cases just one person) that typically offers handmade or homemade products.

Social media and influencer marketing has given indie brands an opportunity to grow very quickly and become household names in a few years. Many of the products on this list are vegan, cruelty-free or made with natural ingredients.
