Once your order is packed and shipped, you will get a notification with your tracking information. You can also track your order every step of the way before it gets to you here.
You can expect to receive a notification that your order has been packed and shipped within 3 business days.
We do give our warehouse team a break on the weekends so do not fret if you place on a weekend and you do not get a fulfillment notification for a day or two!
We offer flexible, tiered shipping options. At checkout, you can select the shipping speed and courier service you prefer. We offer a variety of options including Standard Shipping, Two Day Shipping, and Next Day shipping.
The most affordable shipping option will typically take 5 Business Days after you receive a fulfillment notification if you are in North America.
Please Note: It will typically take 20 Business Days after you receive a fulfillment notification for international orders.
For products listed as Pre-Orders or Backorder, please allow for at least 14 business days for orders to be fulfilled and shipped.
For international orders, the most affordable option is International Economy Shipping without tracking. Because the package has no international tracking available, it does NOT get scanned in each warehouse and location along the way, which makes it more prone to being lost in transit.
Please keep this in mind before choosing International Economy without tracking.
The next most affordable carrier option for international orders is the International Economy with tracking. It has tracking available, which means it can be traced and is not likely to get lost during transit.
For customers in West Africa, we have exclusively partnered with Accessories.ng for fast delivery of our products to Nigeria, Ghana and more.
For orders Outside of North America, you may have to pay associated customs fees.
Keep in mind that we don't ship orders to Cuba, Iran, and North Korea. We ship internationally to all other countries!
For packages lost in transit, all lost in mail claims must be submitted to email@example.com no later than 7 Calendar Days after the estimated delivery date.
We will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you if it is confirmed that the shipping address you provided was correct. It would also be good for you to get in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.
Keep in mind that if the tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you have not received it, we will NOT take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
If the tracking information was correctly delivered to you but it was unclaimed, shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed.
New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed or had an incorrect address originally provided.
Our return policy covers damaged/defective items but unfortunately, does not cover buyer's remorse. Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 Calendar Days after the product has been received.

What Our Policy Covers
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Damaged/Defective Items- Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 Calendar Days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 Calendar Days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Send a message to email@example.com ASAP! If it has not been prepared for ordering yet the address can still be changed. If you only realize after it has been shipped, unfortunately, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Please send a picture verification to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 Calendar Days of receiving the package. A new item will be shipped to you at no cost if the item is deemed damaged in transit or in production.
