3 Ways to Get Baby Soft Skin
At the end of the day, though your face might be beaten for the gawds, it is always good to give your skin some TLC. By having a proper skincare routine, you can enjoy experimenting with makeup without letting your skin suffer.
So I want to ask you this question when was the last time you exfoliated? I know as soon as you read this you are probably thinking about some amazing exfoliation scrubs and yes that is a great way to exfoliate but there are some other tools that can also aid in your journey to baby soft skin.
Exfoliation Gloves
I use these gloves regularly and they are very inexpensive. You can find them at Walmart or if you like getting points for everything you can also get them from Ulta. You can use it with any of your body wash or soaps of your preference. You can use it with both your DIY or store bought scrubs and you will immediately start feeling a difference.
Scrub Brush
Using a brush enables you to get a better cleanse and helps to make sure you got your makeup off your face and opens back up your pores, it's especially great if you work out a lot. I would not recommend using this brush daily because it will eventually create another issue for your face. It caused my skin to feel raw and irritated when I used it daily.
Soft Bristle Brush
Something that I have recently started doing was dry brushing my body. I know that sounds a little weird but there are multiple benefits to dry brushing your body. Dry Brushing is linked to improving vascular blood circulation and lymphatic drainage.
From an exfoliating standpoint, it helps shed dead skin cells and even encourages new cell renewal due to the improvement of the blood circulation. This will give you a smoother and brighter skin tone. I recommend finding a SOFT bristle brush and certain stores (like Ulta) have specific brushes made for this practice. I also suggest that you do it before you shower instead of after and you should brush in LONG UPWARD strokes.
I hope that you take some time to show your body some love and try one of these?
